Refunds and Return Policy

At Salish Sea Spirits, we are committed to the quality of our products and your satisfaction. We will refund any bottle of spirits that is found to be defective or damaged.

 

We also accept returns for non-spirit merchandise, such as hats, toques, t-shirts, and accessories, if the item is found to be defective or damaged. To be eligible for a return or replacement, items must be unused and returned in the same condition in which they were received. Any merchandise or spirits considered defective or damaged must be returned for review and inspection.

 

If you receive incorrect or incomplete items, please contact us at Info@SalishSeaSpirits.ca. We will correct the issue at no additional cost to you. Please note that we are unable to accept returns for items ordered in error by the customer.

 

Once the returned spirits are received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your credit card for the cost of the product, including any applicable shipping and handling charges. Please allow up to 10 business days for refunds to be processed and posted to your credit card account.

 

To arrange a return for defective or damaged products, please contact us at Info@SalishSeaSpirits.ca within 14 days of receiving your order.

Additional Information

Shipping Costs

Salish Sea Spirits offers free shipping within British Columbia on qualifying orders of $150 (or more) before taxes. For all other orders, shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at the time of purchase.

Shipping Time

Online orders are usually processed and shipped within 48 hours of purchase. Once shipped, we expect delivery times of 2 to 9 days, depending on your location. Please note that the person signing for the package must be of legal drinking age in the province where the order is delivered.

Shipping Guarantee

We guarantee the safe delivery of all products and take care to ensure they are appropriately packaged for shipment. In the unlikely event of breakage, missing items, or non-delivery, please contact us at Info@SalishSeaSpirits.ca so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Changes to Order

If your order has not yet shipped, we can make changes or updates upon request. To do so, please contact us at Info@SalishSeaSpirits.ca. However, once an order has been shipped, we are no longer able to make adjustments.

Cancelling Your Order

Orders that have not yet shipped can be canceled and fully refunded. If you need to cancel your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible at Info@SalishSeaSpirits.ca.
