Salish Sea Spirits GIN
1. Fill a glass (a highball glass or large goblet works well) generously with ice cubes.
2. Pour the gin over the ice.
3. Squeeze one lime wedge over the gin and drop it into the glass.
4. Slowly top with cold tonic water to preserve carbonation.
5. Give a gentle stir to combine the ingredients.
6. Garnish the rim with the second lime wedge, or drop it into the drink, and enjoy.

1. Shake the Salish Sea Spirits GIN, Lemon Juice, and Honey Syrup in a cocktail shaker.
2. Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.
3. Garnish with a lemon twist.

Dry sparkling wine (Champagne, Cava, or Prosecco)
1. Shake the Salish Sea Spirits GIN, Campari, Lemon Juice, and Simple Syrup with ice in a cocktail shaker.
2. Strain the mixture into a chilled champagne flute.
3. Top with chilled sparkling dry wine.
4. Garnish with a grapefruit twist by squeezing the twist over the drink to release the oils, then discard or place in the glass.

1. Combine Salish Sea Spirits KOLA VODKA, lemon juice, and honey syrup in a shaker.
2. Add ice and shake vigorously for 30 seconds or until the ingredients are chilled and blended.
3. Strain into a lowball or rocks glass filled with several small ice cubes or one large ice cube.
4. Add a lemon twist as garnish.
