Greyhound Cocktail

The Greyhound is a crisp and refreshing cocktail made with Salish Sea Spirits Gin or Vodka, fresh grapefruit juice, and a touch of simple syrup for balance. Served over ice, this bright and citrusy drink offers a perfect blend of tartness and botanical depth.

Ingredients:

• Salish Sea Spirits Gin or Vodka
• Grapefruit Juice
• Simple Syrup

Instructions:

1. Add 3-4 ice cubes to a cocktail shaker to prepare your Classic Greyhound Cocktail.
2. Pour 2 ounces of Salish Sea Spirits Gin or Vodka, 4 ounces of grapefruit juice, and (optionally) 1 teaspoon of simple syrup into the shaker.
3. Shake well.
4. If you want your Greyhound Cocktail without ice, which is the classic method, pour it into a martini or cocktail glass and serve. If you prefer ice, pour over a small glass half-filled with ice.
