Day 1

Naughty & Spice Old-Fashioned

Ingredients:

• 2 oz Salish Sea Spirits KOLA VODKA

• ¾ oz Simple Syrup or Demerara Syrup

• 2 Dashes of Orange Bitters

• 3 Dashes of Aromatic Bitters

• Garnish: Orange Peel and a Luxardo Cherry

Spirits Used:

Salish Sea Spirits KOLA VODKA

Method:

1. In a mixing glass, add 3 dashes of aromatic bitters, 2 dashes of orange bitters, add simple syrup, and 2 oz Salish Sea Spirits KOLA VODKA.

2. Add ice and stir until chilled.

3. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.

4. Gently express and orange peel over the top of the drink and add a Luxardo cherry (optional).

Day 2

Naughty Jack Frost

Ingredients:

• 1 ½ oz of Salish Sea Spirits GIN or VODKA

• 3 oz Grapefruit Juice – Freshly Squeezed

• Garnish: Salt Rim of Glass

• Garnish: Grapefruit Slice

Spirits Used:

Salish Sea Spirits GIN or VODKA

Method:

1. Fill a highball or Collins glass with ice cubes.

2. Add the Salish Sea Spirits GIN or VODKA.

3. Top with fresh grapefruit juice.

4. Stir gently to combine the ingredients.

5. Garnish with a wedge of grapefruit or a slice of lime.

Day 3

Berry Merry Mule

Ingredients:

• 1 ½ oz Salish Sea Spirits BLACKBERRY GIN
½ oz Lime Juice
• Ginger Beer

• Garnish: Blackberries and a Lime Wedge

Spirits Used:

Salish Sea Spirits BLACKBERRY GIN

Method:

1. Chill a copper mule mug

2. Muddle a few blackberries with simple syrup in the bottom of the mug (optional).

3. Fill the glass with crushed ice.

4. Pour the Salish Sea Spirits BLACKBERRY GIN over the ice and stir.

5. Top with ginger beer, garnish with a lime wedge and a blackberry and serve.

Day 4

Coastal Christmas Caesar

Recipe:

• 2 oz Salish Sea Spirits COASTAL GIN or VODKA

• Seasoned Rimmed Glass

• Pickled Bean Clamato

• Worcestershire

• Dash of Hot Sauce

• Spicy Pickled Beans for Garnish

Spirits Used:

Salish Sea Spirits COASTAL GIN or VODKA

Method:

1. Rim a tall glass with the seasoned mix by moistening the rim with a lime wedge and dipping it into the mix.

2. Fill the glass with ice cubes.

3. Pour in the Salish Sea Spirits COASTAL GIN or VODKA.

4. Add the Clamato juice, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce.

5. Stir gently to mix.

6. Garnish with a few spicy pickled beans for a touch of heat and crunch.

Day 5

Vixen’s Vesper

Ingredients:

• 3 oz Salish Sea Spirits GIN

• 1 oz Salish Sea Spirits VODKA

• ½ oz Lillet Blanc

• Ice

• Lemon peel for garnish

Granish the drink with a strip of lemon peel

Spirits Used:

Salish Sea Spirits GIN and VODKA

Lillet Blanc

Method:

1. Chill a cocktail glass (or two).

2. Combine the Salish Sea Spirits GIN and VODKA, and Lillet Blanc in a cocktail shaker

3. Add the ice and shake well.

4. Strain the cocktail into the chilled cocktail glass(es).

5. Garnish with a thin slice of lemon peel.

6. Serve and Enjoy!

Day 6

Bee Merry Cocktail

Ingredients:

• 2 oz Salish Sea Spirits KOLA VODKA

• ¾ oz Lemon Juice – Freshly Squeezed

• ½ oz Honey Syrup

• Large Ice Cube

• Lemon Twist – Garnish

• Ice Cubes

Spirits Used:

Salish Sea Spirits KOLA VODKA

Method:

1. Combine Salish Sea Spirits KOLA VODKA, lemon juice, and honey syrup in a shaker.

2. Add ice and shake vigorously for 30 seconds or until the ingredients are chilled and blended.

3. Strain into a lowball or rocks glass filled with several small ice cubes or one large ice cube.

4. Add a lemon twist as garnish.

Day 7

Winter White Russian

Ingredients:

• 2 oz Salish Sea Spirits VODKA
• 1 oz coffee liqueur
1 oz cream or milk

• Garnish: Dust with Cocoa Powder

Spirits Used:

Salish Sea Spirits VODKA

Method:

1. Fill an old-fashioned or rocks glass generously with ice cubes.

2. Pour in the Salish sea Spirits VODKA and the coffee liqueur then stir to chill.

3. Top the mixture with the milk or cream. For a visually appealing, layered effect, slowly pour the cream or milk over the back of a spoon. Dust with cocoa powder to garnish.

4. Serve as is for a marbled look, or stir gently just before sipping to fully blend the flavours.

Day 8

Krampus Kola Espresso Martini

Ingredients:

• 1 ½ oz Salish Sea Spirits KOLA VODKA
• 1 oz espresso (fresh or chilled)
• ½ oz coffee liqueur

• Garnish: 3 coffee beans

Spirits Used:

Salish Sea Spirits KOLA VODKA

Coffee Liqueur

Method:

1. Chill your martini glass.

2. Combine the Salish Sea Spirits KOLA VODKA, coffee liqueur, cooled espresso in a cocktail shaker.

3. Add ice and shake for 15 to 20 seconds to aerate the cocktail and achieve the signature velvety foam on top.

4. Strain and serve into your chilled glass.

5. Garnish by floating the three coffee beans on the foam. Serve immediately.

Day 9

Mistletoe Martini

Ingredients:

• 2 oz Salish Sea Spirits VODKA

• ½ oz Triple Sec

• ½ oz Cranberry Juice

• ½ oz Fresh Lime Juice

• Garnish: Citrus Wheel and Sugared Rim

Spirits Used:

Salish Sea Spirits VODKA

Triple Sec

Method:

1. Moisten the rim of a martini glass with a lime wedge and dip into a shallow dish of corn syrup. Then dip the glass rim onto a plate with a shallow layer of granulated sugar, rotating to coat evenly.

2. Chill the glass in the freezer while you prepare the cocktail.

3. Combine the Salish Sea Spirits VODKA, triple sec, cranberry juice, and fresh lime juice in a cocktail shaker.

4. Shake for 15 to 20 seconds.

5. Strain the cocktail mixture into the prepared, sugar-rimmed martini glass being careful not to disturb the rim while pouring.

6. Garnish with fresh cranberries or a lime wheel.

Day 10

Blitzen’s Blackberry Gin Fizz

You don’t have to worry about pricking your fingers on blackberry barbs with this blackberry gin fizz recipe, which muddles blackberries for the freshest flavor possible.

Ingredients:

• 1 ½ oz Salish Sea Spirits BLACKBERRY GIN

• ¾ oz Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice

• ¼ cup Blackberries

• 1 oz Simple Syrup

• Club Soda

• Garnish: Blackberries

• Garnish: Lemon Slice

Spirits Used:

Salish Sea Spirits BLACKBERRY GIN

Method:

1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle the lemon juice, simple syrup, blackberries, then add 1 1 ½ oz of Salish Sea Spirits BLACKBERRY GIN.

2. Add ice and shake until chilled.

3. Strain the mixture into a rocks glass filled with ice.

4. Top with club soda.

5. Garnish with blackberries and a lemon slice.

Day 11

Yuletide Dirty

Ingredients:

• 2 oz Salish Sea Spirits COASTAL GIN
• 1/3 oz (a splash) of Dry Vermouth
• Garnish: 1 Raw Oyster
• Garnish: Lemon Peel

Spirits Used:

Salish Sea Spirits COASTAL GIN

Dry Vermouth

Method:

1. Chill your martini glass in the freezer or fill it with ice while you prepare the drink.

2. Fill a mixing glass with a generous amount of ice, add Salish Sea Spirits COASTAL GIN and dry vermouth.

3. Stir for about 30 seconds for a smooth well-chilled cocktail.

4. Strain the cocktail into the glass.

5. Garnish with a lemon twist if desired, expressing the citrus oils over the drink before dropping the peel into the glass.  Add a raw oyster (optional).

Day 12

Kola Vodka Rusty Sleigh

Ingredients:

• 1 to 2 oz Salish Sea Spirits KOLA VODKA

• 1 oz Drambuie

• Garnish: Orange Twist and/or Luxardo Cherry

Spirits Used:

Salish Sea Spirits KOLA VODKA

Drambuie

Method:

1. Combine Salish Sea Spirits KOLA VODKA and Drambuie in a mixing glass filled with ice.

2. Stire the mixture thoroughly for about 30 seconds until it is well-chilled.

3. Strain the mixture into a rocks glass over fresh ice.

4. Granish with a twist of orange peel expressing the oils over the drink before dropping the peel into the glass.  You can also add a Luxardo cherry and a touch of cherry syrup for an added touch.
